PBS-TV Star Chris Ruggiero Comes to Brook Arts Center for One Night Only
(BOUND BROOK, NJ) -- Brook Arts Center welcomes singer Chris Ruggiero, who will present his vintage rock and roll concert, “Silly Love Songs,” on Friday, May 20th. It will be the 22-year-old singer’s first full-length concert appearance in Somerset County since he rose to national fame following his PBS Television appearance. Ruggiero has been crisscrossing the country and has already notched 14 states on his tour so far this season. Brook Arts Center is excited to bring Chris Ruggiero to the stage for an evening of pop-rock standards as you’ve never heard them before.
Rhythm & Roots Music Festival to Return Labor Day Weekend
(CHARLESTOWN, RI) -- Rhythm & Roots Music Festival, a longstanding arts celebration, will return to Charlestown, RI, this Labor Day Weekend, September 2, 3, and 4. The event, now in its 24th year, will celebrate the end of summer in its original location, Ninigret Park.

Riverview Jazz announces Covid-Relief Grant for local jazz musicians
Riverview Jazz, the NJ-based non-profit that produces the Jersey City Jazz Festival, is announcing a Covid-Relief grant for Hudson County jazz musicians. The grant, made possible by the New Jersey Arts and Culture Renewal Fund at the Princeton Area Community Foundation, is aimed at professional musicians who have been financially affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.
