Mayo Performing Arts Center In July

(MORRISTOWN, NJ) -- Mayo Performing Arts Center (MPAC) presents a wide range of ticketed and free events in July, featuring a great lineup of summer concerts including Lyle Lovett and Chris Isaak, as well as the return of MPAC’s free Arts in the Community events.

Beach Rats (Ft. members of Bouncing Souls, Bad Religion, and Lifetime) to Release Debut Album

Beach Rats is comprised of vocalist Ari Katz from Lifetime, guitarist Pete Steinkopf & bassist Bryan Keinlen from Bouncing Souls, guitarist Brian Baker from Bad Religion & Minor Threat, and Danny Windas from Let It Burn on drums.  The band came to be as each member found themselves settled in the beach community of Asbury Park. After releasing an EP in 2018 and performing a slew of high-energy shows, the global pandemic gave the band a reason to get back to recording. Their debut album Rat Beat, will be released on July 29th via Epitaph Records.

Squalls to release "Live From the 40 Watt"

(ATHENS, GA) -- As part of the iconic musical scene that exploded into national consciousness in the early 1980s, Athens, GA band Squalls are a part of musical history and a musical movement that resonates to this day. Not all of us had the opportunity to be in Athens in the 80s, but now you can experience it when Squalls release Live From The 40 Watt via Strolling Bones (a subsidiary of New West Records) on August 19th, 2022.

ZILLION releases "Potluck Lunch For The Cannibals"

(WASILLA, AK) -- ZILLION has released his new single “Potluck Lunch For The Cannibals” along with a new music video. ZILLION will be supporting Pop Evil this summer on The Vortex Tour along with Oxymorrons. The tour is set to kick off June 24th and will be making stops in Grand Rapids, Houston, Tulsa, Green Bay, Indianapolis, Seattle, and more.

Museum Of Light Releases Debut Album "Horizon"

Seattle, WA's Museum of Light has released its debut album 'Horizon' via Spartan Records. The trio (which notably includes Rob Smith of Traindodge fame on drums) expertly balances the opposing worlds of heavy and ambient music; Equal parts big, crushing, overwhelmingly heavy riffs and dreamy, Zen-like washes of ambience and found sound.
