Canal Music Studios to Reopen with Open House on June 10th at New Home in Stockton

(STOCKTON, NJ) -- Canal Music Studios is delighted to announce a grand reopening at its new location in Stockton, NJ, with a public open house and celebration set for Saturday, June 10th, from 11:00am to 4:00pm. The grand reopening and open house celebration is partly made possible by over 150 dedicated donors. Canal Music Studios, located initially in Lambertville, NJ, moved to the new Stockton location on 16 Bridge Street in response to Hurricane Ida and the devastating flooding that followed.

Marian Mastrorilli releases "A Shore Thing (My Jersey Shore)"

Singer/songwriter Marian Mastrorilli returns to her roots with the release of her new single, "A Shore Thing (My Jersey Shore)". A joyous celebration of the shore's eternal power to restore us (and itself after Hurricane Sandy), the song evokes the Jersey Shore's boardwalk culture, driving "down the shore" as a rite of passage with the first friends who got their licenses, and the endless draw of the ocean. The new song was released on May 13, 2023, and will be included on Mastrorilli's forthcoming CD, currently in production and due out in early 2024.

North to Shore Festival Adds Over 60 Events to Double in Size

(NEW YORK, NY) -- The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Foundation announced its 2023 Inductees in the following categories: Perfomers (Kate Bush, Sheryl Crow, Missy Elliott, George Michael, Willie Nelson, Rage Against the Machine, and The Spinners), Musical Influence Award (DJ Kool Herc and Link Wray), Musical Excellence Award (Chaka Khan, Al Kooper, and Bernie Taupin), and the Ahmet Ertegun Award (Don Cornelius).

The Gaslight Anthem Releases First New Single In 9 Years

The Gaslight Anthem has shared "Positive Charge," the first single on their own Rich Mahogany Recordings label, distributed via Thirty Tigers. Produced and mixed by GRAMMY® Award-winner Peter Katis (The National, Interpol, Kurt Vile) at his Tarquin Studios in Connecticut, the gloriously optimistic track marks the band's first new music together in almost a decade.

"I just finished up my 24th tour with Trans Siberian Orchestra as part of their West Coast band, we just finished up our annual winter tour and I'm glad to be back and prepping to do this show with the Kunes Clark Band," said Angus, the "Clark" of the Kunes Clark Band as he and partner Jimmy Kunes ready for an 8 p.m. "Face-melting" show on January 18 at the Carteret PAC which also includes legendary rockers Cactus, featuring Carmine Appice and Foghat.
