Bruce Springsteen Archives presents Music America: Songs That Shaped Us concert in Austin

(AUSTIN, TX) – The LBJ Presidential Library and the Bruce Springsteen Archives & Center for American Music at Monmouth University announced that Lyle Lovett, Alejandro Escovedo, Ruthie Foster, Jimmie Vaughan and Erika Wennerstrom will be performing at a concert on Thursday, February 15, 2024, in the Lady Bird Johnson Auditorium at the LBJ Presidential Library to celebrate the opening of a new music exhibition at the LBJ Presidential Library. Showtime is 6:30pm CT.

Studio D'Lux releases "Silence is Louder"

Infusing elements of classic and yacht rock, supergroup, Studio D'Lux released their latest single, "Silence is Louder," on February 1st. Led by keyboardist and vocalist, Doug Kistner, Studio D’Lux features performances from drummer Liberty Devitto (Billy Joel), guitarist Jon Herington (Steely Dan), and vocalist Glen Burtnik (Styx), vocalist Reagan Richards (Williams Honor), bassist Malcolm Gold (India.Arie, Sheryl Crow) and Tom Timko on woodwinds (Gloria Estefan, Tower of Power).

Rich Lynch releases "Shootout at the Not Okay Corral"

(NASHVILLE, TN) - Nashville recording artist Rockin' Rich Lynch has just released his latest attention-grabbing track called "Shootout at the Not Okay Corral" that is quickly drawing praise and critical acclaim from points near and far. Red Wanting Blue to release "Light It Up"

This marks their second album for the boutique Westwood, CA based indie label and the first the band has self-produced. Years of non-stop touring have not only buoyed their ever-growing fan-base across the country but has also helped solidify the relationships within the band; making this new album their most cohesive yet, capturing the camaraderie of a band that's built its entire career on the road, discovering (and rediscovering) itself one exultant, joyous, communal night at a time and a testament to their enduring musical evolution.

Bruce Springsteen Archives presents "Music America: Iconic Objects from America's Music History" at LBJ Presidential Library

(AUSTIN, TX) - Since the nation's inception nearly two and a half centuries ago, music has informed, interpreted, and inspired our national identity. To celebrate and explore this remarkable heritage, the LBJ Presidential Library and the Bruce Springsteen Archives & Center for American Music at Monmouth University announce the premiere of the exhibition Music America: Iconic Objects from America's Music History. Opening at the LBJ Presidential Library on Saturday, February 17, during Presidents' Day weekend, the exhibition will be on display through August 11, 2024.
