(STROUDSBURG, PA) -- Blackmore's Night returns to the Sherman Theater in Stroudsburg, PA with special guests The Wizard's Consort on Saturday, June 22, 2024. Legendary guitarist formerly of Deep Purple and Rainbow, Ritchie Blackmore, and award winning vocalist Candice Night created a new genre of music for all ages..., inspired by many melodies of the Renaissance period, and Blackmoreized into contemporary music. Saturday, June 22 - "Jazz Goes to the Movies" Will Celebrate the Music and Stories Behind the Songs. Many jazz standards and today's most popular songs were first featured in films. On Saturday, June 22, an all-star ensemble featuring Don Braden on tenor saxophone and flute, David O’Rourke on guitar, Oscar Perez on piano, Bill Crow on bass, Karl Latham on drums, and Cydney Halpin on vocals will celebrate jazz in film with a concert called "Jazz Goes to the Movies" on the back deck at Morristown's Morris Museum. Audience members are invited to set up their own chairs and bring refreshments while enjoying the music and the sunset.

(HACKETTSTOWN, NJ) -- Centenary Stage Company is now accepting interviews for the Young Performers Workshop Summer 2024 musical theatre intensive. The registration deadline for the program is July 12, 2024. In-person interview dates are taking place on Saturday, June 1st and Sunday, June 2nd, 2024 in the Little Theatre at 400 Jefferson Street in Hackettstown. They are scheduled by appointment between 4:30pm – 6:00pm.
