(NASHVILLE, TN) -- International Americana recording artist and master storyteller Ray Weaver has released the emotionally charged single, "The Blood is Never on Their Hands." With heartbreaking scenes ripped from today's headlines, Weaver crafts a powerful song that is a reflection on the universal devastation caused by war, capturing its senselessness and the profound human toll it exacts.

“’The Blood is Never on Their Hands’ deliberately avoids taking sides, instead focusing on the shared suffering and loss that transcends borders and ideologies,” Weaver states. “The recording process spanned across continents, from the soulful streets of Copenhagen to the vibrant music scene in Nashville, bringing together a blend of diverse influences and top-tier production quality. The result is a deeply moving piece that I hope resonates on a global scale, offering a connection to listeners touched by its message of unity and peace.

The song was written by Weaver and René Wulff and produced by Lars Krarup, Billy Davis, Ray Davis and Weaver. It was recorded at Church Place Studio in Hillerød, Denmark, Sitting Room Studio in Copenhagen, Denmark and Wooden Cloud Studio in Nashville, Tennessee. The track features Weaver on lead vocals, acoustic guitar and keyboards, Lars Krarup on electric guitars, Barry Allen on drums, Ray Davis on background vocals, Billy Davis on background vocals, Savannah Weaver on background vocals, and Tabitha Fair on background vocals.

Weaver is an award-winning songwriter known for his unique ability to transform life experiences into deeply personal yet universally resonant songs and stories. An American by birth, Weaver currently resides in Denmark. His music has reached a global audience, being featured on the Travel Channel, the WB Network, and various radio and internet stations worldwide. His music gained recognition through its feature in the television show 'Supernatural,' and he has been a consistent presence at the Annapolis Songwriting Festival since it first began.
