Friday, November 1 - Grunin Center presents Tracy Nelson with Steve Conn. (TOMS RIVER, NJ) -- The Grunin Center for the Arts presents Tracy Nelson on Friday, November 1, 2024 at 7:00pm. For this intimate acoustic performance, Tracy will be accompanied by Steve Conn, one of the two pianists on the recent Grammy-nominated album "Life Don't Miss Nobody." Conn will also bring his small accordion to accompany Tracy when she switches to a 12-string acoustic guitar.

Friday, November 1 - NBPAC presents Greg Hawkes with Eddie Japan performing the Music of The Cars. (NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ) -- As the keyboardist for the legendary Boston band and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame members, The Cars, Greg Hawkes forged the sound of rock's New Wave. Together with Eddie Japan, Hawkes will be performing the Music of The Cars at the New Brunswick Performing Arts Center (NBPAC) on Friday, November 1, 2024 at 8:00pm.

Sunday, November 3 - State Theatre New Jersey presents a free concert by the U.S. Navy Band - Commodores Jazz Ensemble. (NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ) -- State Theatre New Jersey presents a free concert featuring the U.S. Navy Band — Commodores Jazz Ensemble on Sunday, November 3, 2024 at 3:00pm. Tickets are free, but reservations are required at STNJ.org.

Tuesday, October 29 - Dueling Pianist, Who Performed on "Don't Forget the Lyrics" with Host Wayne Brady, to Play at The Community Chest's Shake Rattle and Roll Fall Celebration. (ENGLEWOOD, NJ) -- Shake, Rattle & Roll Dueling Pianos, New York City's longest running all request Rock 'n Roll party, is coming to northern New Jersey to perform in The Community Chest of Eastern Bergen County's Fall Celebration on Tuesday, October 29, 2024. Dueling pianists, Mark Weisner and Rob Carroll, will present an evening of live piano music, comedy, and cabaret at the Englewood Field Club (341 Engle Street) in Englewood from 7:00pm to 10:00pm. Weisner performed for several years on the FOX TV show, Don't Forget the Lyrics, with host Wayne Brady.

Friday, November 1 - Iron Maiden to Perform Shows in Philly, Brooklyn and Newark. (NEWARK, NJ) -- Following their spectacular performances this year at the recent Power Trip Festival in California, in Western Canada and throughout Europe, iconic British band Iron Maiden will be returning to the United States and Canada with THE FUTURE PAST TOUR next year with stops in the local area at Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, PA on November 1; Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY, on Saturday, November 2; and Prudential Center in Newark, NJ, on Saturday, November 9, 2024.

Friday, November 1 - Ocean Casino Resort presents Lenny Kravitz in Concert. (ATLANTIC CITY, NJ) -- Ocean Casino Resort presents Lenny Kravitz on Friday, November 1 at 9:00pm and Saturday, November 2, 2024 at 8:00pm. Regarded as one of the preeminent rock musicians of our time, Kravitz has transcended genre, style, race, and class over the course of a three decade-plus musical career.

Friday, November 1 - Bruce Springsteen Archives to Screen 2024 American Music Honors on Friday. (WEST LONG BRANCH, NJ) -- The Bruce Springsteen Archives & Center for American Music will present the premier screening of 2024's American Music Honors on Friday, November 1, 2024 in the intimate Pollak Theatre where the sold-out awards event was held on April 24, 2024. The screening of this very special evening shows them honoring American Music icons Dion, John Mellencamp, Jackson Browne, and Mavis Staples. Doors open at 7:30pm, the screening begins at 8:00pm.

Saturday, November 2 - Plainfield Symphony Orchestra presents "Americana Pops Concert" on November 2nd. (PLAINFIELD, NJ) -- On Saturday, November 2, 2024, the Plainfield Symphony Orchestra presents "Americana Pops Concert" featuring one of their audience's favorite vocal artists, tenor Brian Cheney, at Crescent Avenue Presbyterian Church. Maestro Charles Prince will lead the orchestra in a series of popular American orchestral and vocal works. Showtime is 7:00pm.

Saturday, November 2 - Westminster Conservatory Faculty Recital Series begins November 2nd. (PRINCETON, NJ) -- On Saturday, November 2, 2024 at 7:30pm, the 2024-25 season of the Westminster Conservatory Faculty Recital Series will open with a multimedia presentation "山水畫 – Chinese Landscapes in Music, Poetry, and Painting." The recital will take place in Hillman Performance Hall (101 Walnut Lane) in Princeton. The recital is open to the public and free of charge.

Saturday, November 2 - Albert Music Hall presents 2nd Annual Jersey Devil Show. (WARETOWN, NJ) -- As the spooky season descends upon us, Albert Music Hall is gearing up for its annual Jersey Devil Show, set to take place on Saturday, November 2, 2024. Sunday, November 3 - New Jersey Youth Symphony to Honor Veterans in Trenton Concert. (TRENTON, NJ) -- The New Jersey Youth Symphony (NJYS) will present a concert to honor our veterans and armed forces on Sunday, November 3, 2024 at the Patriots Theater at the War Memorial in Trenton. Veterans are invited to attend the concert for free by using discount code VETERAN. Tickets and more information can be found at NJYS.org. Showtime is 3:00pm.

Sunday, November 3 - Scholarship Winners to Perform at November Jersey Jazz LIVE! Concert in Madison. (MADISON, NJ) -- The New Jersey Jazz Society's 2024 Scholarship Winners -- pianist Lasse Corson, saxophonist Joseph Foglia, saxophonist Isaac Yi, and trumpeter Gabriel Chalick -- will perform at the Jersey Jazz LIVE! concert in Madison on Sunday, November 3, 2024. They will be joined by four veteran professionals -- guitarist/music director David O'Rourke, bassist Mary Ann McSweeney, drummer Alvester Garnett, and tenor saxophonist/flutist Don Braden.
