Inaugural NJ Wine Expo to Feature Over 30 Wineries on November 9th

(HOLMDEL, NJ) -- Join the New Jersey wine community at their inaugural NJ Wine Expo on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at Bell Works in Holmdel. This one-of-a-kind event will feature the largest gathering of New Jersey's wineries and vineyards in history! More than 30 New Jersey wineries and vineyards will come together in one location for an historic tasting event that showcases the burgeoning local wine scene of our state.

This historic event is perfect for both passionate wine enthusiasts and novice drinkers who enjoy tasting and learning about the extensive varieties of wine produced throughout New Jersey. At this event you will get to meet the winemakers, stroll between winery tables sampling more than 130 hand selected wines, hear from industry insiders, and find out how to plan your next trip through the NJ Wine Country. Plus, choose from an array of local food vendors to purchase small bite culinary cuisine.

Participating NJ wineries and vineyards include, Alba Vineyard, Angelico Winery, Auburn Road Vineyards, Autumn Lake Winery, Bellview Winery, Blue Cork Winery, Briganti by the Bay, Brook Hollow Winery, Cape May Winery, Cedar Rose Vineyards, Chestnut Run Farms, Coda Rossa Winery, DiMatteo Vineyards, Federal Twist Vineyard, Four Sisters Winery, Hopewell Valley Vineyards, Kennedy Cellars, Laurita Winery, Old York Cellars, Plagido’s Winery, Rebel Sheep Wine Co., Saddlehill Cellars, Salem Oak Vineyards, Sharrott Winery, Stokelan Estate Winery, Summit City Winery, Terra Nonno Winery, Tomasello Winery, Unionville Vineyards, Valenzano Winery, Villa Milagro Vineyards, Wagonhouse Winery, White Horse Winery, and Willow Creek Winery.

*Patrons may ONLY attend 1 session. If available, General Admission tickets will be $45 at the door. Early access tickets will not be available for purchase at the door.

(TRENTON, NJ) -- The life and loves of noted area 19th century beauty Annette Savage will be the topic of a talk Saturday, February 9, 2025 at Trenton City Museum at Ellarslie. Titled "Le Jeu de l'Amour," the program, led by journalist and writer Dan Aubrey, will explore how Napoleon’s brother and former King of Spain, Joseph Bonaparte, and his American mistress, Annette Savage, found passion and pain in the Trenton and Bordentown region of New Jersey. The event runs from from 2:00pm to 4:00pm.

(CAPE MAY, NJ) -- Cape May's Poet Laureate Sylvia Baer hosts three 1.5-hour interactive online seminars via Zoom this March that delve into American literature of the Victorian age. "The Concord Gang" on Monday, March 10, 2025 highlights Emerson, Thoreau and Alcott. "The Amherst Gang" on Monday, March 17, 2025 features Emily Dickinson and Helen Hunt Jackson. "The Fear Gang" on Monday, March 24, 2025 delves into Hawthorne, Poe and Melville.
