NJ State Bar Foundation Funds Pushcart Players Scholarships for NJ Schools Pushcart Players, the award-winning educational theater for young and family audiences, has received a generous investment from The New Jersey State Bar Foundation (NJSBF) with a grant to subsidize performances in New Jersey schools. Part of Pushcart's Diversity and Outreach Initiative, the project will support under resourced schools in presenting "Lift Every Voice: A Letter to the Editor" during Pushcart's 50th Anniversary Season.
Westfield Community Players presents "You Can't Take It with You" (WESTFIELD, NJ) -- Westfield Community Players presents its first show of the season, the Pulitzer Prize-winning comedy, You Can't Take It with You across three weekends (October 12-13, October 19-20, and October 25-26, 2024). All the works that were part of the Fall 2024 New Jersey Film Festival Competition were selected by a panel of judges including media professionals, journalists, students, and academics. These judges selected the 21 finalists which were publicly screened at our Festival. The finalists were selected from 402 works submitted by filmmakers from around the world. In addition, the judges chose the Prize Winners in conjunction with the Festival Director.
