BlowUpRadio.com's 2024 Banding Together Webathon For The Spondylitis Association Of America Celebrates 17 Years Of Annual Benefit This October

originally published: 09/18/2024

(SOUTH AMBOY, NJ) -- New Jersey internet radio station BlowUpRadio.com - Where NJ Rock Lives, announces its 17th annual Banding Together Webathon to benefit the Spondylitis Association Of America. Taking place Friday, October 18 through Sunday, October 20, 2024 on their internet radio station, over 30 acts from New Jersey and all over the globe will perform half hour performances, as they raise money to fund research and provide the programs and services to help the community suffering from this debilitating disease.

During Banding Together BlowUpRadio.com will have a link to a special donation page on the Spondylitis Association Of America’s website. Every donation of $10 or more will get an exclusive download of this year’s compilation featuring over 30 previously unreleased songs.

Spondylitis is a genetic rheumatoid arthritic condition that causes inflammation and fusion in the vertebrae of the spine. To date, BlowUpRadio.com has raised over ten thousand dollars for the cause, and raised awareness of the genetic disease, which the Centers For Disease Control says affects more than 2.7 million adults in the US.

“When I started doing the Banding Together benefits in 2007 after my wife was diagnosed with Spondylitis, I was amazed at the outpouring of support from musicians that wanted to help,” says Lazlo, the founder of BlowUpRadio.com and the organizer of Banding Together. "Here we are now in our 17th year, and I am still overwhelmed by the positive support of musicians, and people who donate each year to help find a cure for this debilitating disease.”

Artists scheduled to perform during the Banding Together Webathon include: Amanda Brite, Amanda Brite, Anthony Walker, Blisstique, Catherine Wacha, Colie Brice, Commons 2, Diego Allessandro, Don Lee, erase:rewind, Ferocious Designs, Foggy Otis, Greg McGarvey, Happy Joe Canzano, Hello Whirled, Jason Didner, Josh Bicknell, Mark Parker, The Successful Failures, Please Be Careful, Radar & Satellite, Regency Club, Sad About Girls, Sean Faust, Shotgun Bill, Signal Valley, Sonofdov, The Dust-Ups, The Mighty Alrighty, Tony Tedesco, and Violet Whimsey.

"Life is a carnival! It's much more beautiful to live it singing." If you're unfamiliar with my life's mantra, perhaps you’d recognize it if I were instead to say "la vida es un carnaval, es más bello vivir cantando."
