Haddonfield Plays and Players presents "Love, Loss, and What I Wore"
 

(HADDONFIELD, NJ) -- Haddonfield Plays and Players presents Love, Loss, and What I Wore by Nora and Delia Ephron from September 6-7, 2024. The play is based on the 1995 book of the same name by Ilene Beckerman. The production is directed by Tami Funkhouser under the artistic direction of Chris Miller.

 



State Theatre New Jersey presents "TINA – The Tina Turner Musical" starring Jayne Elise
 

(NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ) -- State Theatre New Jersey kicks off its 2024-25 Broadway series with four performances of TINA – The Tina Turner Musical from October 3-5, 2024. This musical reveals an uplifting comeback story like no other, of a woman who dared to defy the bounds of racism, sexism and ageism to become the global Queen of Rock n' Roll. TINA – The Tina Turner Musical is a celebration of resilience and an inspiration of triumph over adversity.

The multi-platinum-selling musician-composer is ready to embark on her North American Snow Waltz Tour 2024, a 21-date trek that brings her to Newark, New Jersey on at New Jersey Performing Arts Center on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at 8:00pm for The Snow Waltz Tour 2024.

Inaugural Jersey City Latin Jazz Festival coming to JC Waterfront on September 14th
 

(JERSEY CITY, NJ) -- Jersey City is getting its own Latin Jazz Festival! Riverview Jazz, the JC-based non-profit that produces the Jersey City Jazz Festival and countless other community programs, has partnered with Exchange Place Alliance to present a one-day celebration at Exchange Place Plaza where Montgomery Street meets the Hudson River. The Festival will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2024 from 1:00pm to 8:00pm with an opening party on Friday night, September 13th. The Festival will feature two stages, food trucks, Salsa dance lessons, children’s programming, and much more.

 



Harmonium Choral presents Second Annual Beer Choir at Glenbrook Brewery
 

(MORRISTOWN, NJ) -- Come sing with Harmonium Choral Society and our choral community on October 8, 2024 at Glenbrook Brewery (95 Morris Street) in Morristown. James Yarosh Associates Fine Art Gallery is participating in "Art on Paper" this week
 

(HOLMDEL, NJ) -- James Yarosh Associates Fine Art Gallery is participating in Art on Paper, hosted at Manhattan's Pier 36 September 5-8, 2024 during Armory Art Week. Curator James Yarosh will be presenting the works of two female humanistic expressionists of the last century, Miriam Beerman and Sheba Sharrow, as part of a larger effort to amplify the voices of great women artists from history—so their conversations may continue.

ShopRite of Hunterdon County Hosts 28th Annual Run for Hunger 5K Trail Run and 3K Walk on September 15th
 

(FLEMINGTON, NJ) -- ShopRite of Hunterdon County will host its 28th annual Run for Hunger – a community fundraiser and local tradition – on Sunday, September 15, 2024. Runners and walkers are invited to participate in the 5K trail run and 3K walk at Deer Path Park (120 W. Woodschurch Road) in Flemington. Registration is now open online and at select local ShopRite stores.

 



11th Annual Pound the Pavement for Pancreatic Cancer Walk/Run to be held on September 28th in Neptune
 

(NEPTUNE, NJ) -- The 11th annual Pound the Pavement for Purple 5K Run/2 Mile Walk, presented by the Monmouth County Board of County Commissioners and the Neptune Township Committee in support of the Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research, will take place on Saturday, September 28, 2024.
