Jarod Clemons and the Late Nights to Pay Tribute to Clarence Clemons at Wonder Bar

originally published: 06/10/2024

(ASBURY PARK, NJ) -- The North to Shore Music Festival, presented by Prudential, presents Jarod Clemons and the Late Nights, will pay tribute to Jarod's father, the late Clarence Clemons, the longtime saxophonist in Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band. This special performance will take place on Father's Day, Sunday, June 16, 2024 at the Wonder Bar. Showtime is 7:00pm.

If you want something special to celebrate Dad, plan to take him to attend this special Father's Day tribute concert by Jarod Clemons. Jarod Clemons is a new voice who continues the tradition of great music for a modern generation. His music combines various styles, showcasing his talents as a songwriter who can handle different genres while giving his music a unique touch. Whether songs with driving blues rhythms and powerful guitar solos or beautiful ballads with simple acoustic guitar and impressive vocals, Clemons' music reflects the influence of great music he's been exposed to throughout his life.

Coming from a musical family, with his father, Clarence Clemons, the longtime saxophonist in Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band, and his mother, accomplished choir vocalist Jacquelyn Monteau, music has been an integral part of Jarod's life.

Jarod’s musical journey began at the tender age of five, experimenting with drum beats and internalizing the rhythmic heartbeat of rock and roll. As he matured, he honed his skills by learning guitar in the style of legends like Stevie Ray Vaughn and Jimi Hendrix. Today, Clemons' music is a unique blend of his parents' musical backgrounds, a testament to his ability to combine a wealth of musical knowledge with heartfelt songwriting.

Jarod Clemons' latest music is a testament to his ability to transcend genres and craft a unique sound that is entirely his own. His musical journey has seen various phases, but this new chapter represents a metamorphosis, with his songwriting becoming more soulful than ever.
