Saturday, April 20 - State Theatre New Jersey presents '60s Rock N' Roll Revival. (NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ) -- State Theatre New Jersey presents '60s Rock N' Roll Revival featuring four great acts, one amazing night of music on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at 7:00pm. The lineup includes Gary Puckett and The Union Gap, The Grass Roots, Gary Lewis & The Playboys, and The Brooklyn Bridge. Tickets range from $39-$89.

Saturday, April 20 - Philharmonic Teams up with Circus Clowns, Aerialists, Jugglers, and Steel Band for Avant-Garde Revival. Trenton native George Antheil was called the "bad boy" of music. After dropping out of high school in his home city, he went to make music in Paris and in 1920 lived in an apartment over Shakespeare and Company, the famed bookstore run by Sylvia Beach. Antheil found himself in the Parisian art milieu among James Joyce, Ernest Hemingway, Gertrude Stein, Pablo Picasso, Ezra Pound, and Erik Satie, among others.

Saturday, April 20 - Axelrod PAC presents The Joni Project and Magical Mystery Doors. (DEAL PARK, NJ) -- Axelrod Performing Arts Center has a pair of great shows coming up in April. In celebration of the 50th anniversary of the release of Joni Mitchell's 1974 album Court and Spark, The Joni Project will perform the album in its entirety, along with a selection of other Joni favorites, on Saturday, April 20 at 8:00pm. The following week, Magical Mystery Doors will perform classics from The Beatles, The Doors and Led Zeppelin on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at 8:00pm.

Sunday, April 21 - State Theatre New Jersey presents One Night of Queen. (NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ) -- State Theatre New Jersey presents One Night of Queen performed by Gary Mullen & The Works on Sunday, April 21, 2024 at 7:30pm. Tickets range from $29-$99.

Tuesday, April 23 - William Paterson University presents Coreyah. (WAYNE, NJ) -- William Paterson University presents Coreyah on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 in Shea Auditorium. Coreyah is a psychedelic Korean folk music group whose six members integrate traditional Korean instruments, vocals, guitar, and percussion. Showtime is 12:30pm.

Produced by Live Nation, the 14-show tour will see the all-time greats perform across the USA this spring, including a show at Prudential Center in Newark on Friday, April 19, 2024 at 7:30pm.

Friday, April 19 - Black Box Studios presents James Maddock & His Band at Debonair Music Hall. (TEANECK, NJ) -- Black Box Studios presents James Maddock & His Band on Friday, April 19, 2024 at Debonair Music Hall. Maddock's status as a fixture on the Folk and Americana scene is confirmed with every listen of any song in his prodigious catalog. Showtime is 7:30pm.

Friday, April 19 - The Princeton Folk Music Society to Celebrate Pete Seeger's legacy with Professor Allan Winkler. (PRINCETON, NJ) -- The Princeton Folk Music Society presents a celebration of the legacy of Pete Seeger with Professor Allan Winkler on Friday, April 19, 2024 at Christ Congregation Church. Saturday, April 20 - The Newton Theatre presents North Mississippi Allstars. (NEWTON, NJ) -- The Newton Theatre presents North Mississippi Allstars on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at 8:00pm. Saturday, April 20 - Plainfield Symphony presents "Journey Through the Night". (PLAINFIELD, NJ) -- The climax of the 104th season of the Plainfield Symphony will be "Journey Through the Night" on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at Crescent Avenue Presbyterian Church in Plainfield. The concert features Gustav Mahler's Symphony No. 7 in E minor; perhaps, the least performed of his symphonies but one of pure genius. The performance will be preceded by Charles Prince's "Chat with Charles," where he will share his passion and personal insights into this work. Showtime is 7:00pm.

Saturday, April 20 - The New Jersey Youth Chorus Hosts Three Trebles & Friends Festival. (MORRISTOWN, NJ) -- The New Jersey Youth Chorus (NJYC) will host Three Trebles and Friends: United in Song April 20-21 culminating in a concert on Sunday, April 21, 2024 at Morristown United Methodist Church located at 50 South Park Place in Morristown. The concert is free and open to the public. Showtime is 3:00pm.

Sunday, April 21 - Music at Bunker Hill presents Robert McDonald. (SEWELL, NJ) — Esteemed concert pianist and pedagogue Robert McDonald makes his solo debut at Music at Bunker Hill with works by Mendelssohn, Beethoven, Walker, and Debussy. The concert will be held on Sunday, April 21, 2024 at Bunker Hill Presbyterian Church. Showtime is 3:00pm.

Sunday, April 21 - Light Opera of NJ Hosts "Stars of Tomorrow" Vocal Competition Finals.
