(RED BANK, NJ) -- On March 16, 2024, Phoenix Productions presented a special one-night symphonic concert performance of Jesus Christ Superstar at the Count Basie Center for the Arts, featuring a 35-piece orchestra. James Grausam directed the production and photographer John Posada was on hand to take photos.

 



Gateway Playhouse in Somers Point Announces its First-Ever Mainstage Season
 

(SOMERS POINT, NJ) -- Gateway Playhouse in Somers Point has announced its thrilling – and first-ever – mainstage season: Much Ado About Nothing by William Shakespeare, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice, Crying on the Camino by Celeste Mancinelli, and Little Shop of Horrors by Howard Ashman and Alan Menken.

 



East Lynne Theater Company Announces 2024 Season

They will be presenting three plays that will take the company in "A New Direction". Tea for Three: Lady Bird, Pat & Betty by Eric H. Weinberger and Elaine Bromka, Dial M for Murder adapted by Jeffery Hatcher from the original play by Frederick Knott and A Case for the Existence of God by Samuel D. Hunter.

Gaelic Storm & the High Kings: The Mighty Tour II comes to New Jersey for a pair of shows. The first show is at Mayo Performing Arts Center (MPAC) in Morristown on Wednesday, March 27 at 7:30pm. The tour then heads to the Count Basie Center for the Arts in Red Bank on Thursday, March 28 at 7:30pm.

American Repertory Ballet Returns to McCarter Theatre Center with "Of Swans and Variants"
 

(PRINCETON, NJ) -- American Repertory Ballet (ARB) returns to McCarter Theatre Center in Princeton, presenting Of Swans and Variants, an enthralling and diverse one-night-only program of classical and contemporary works on Thursday, April 4 at 7:00pm. The evening's double bill features an excerpt from the timeless Swan Lake, as well as the innovative VARIANTS, choreographed by Artistic Director Ethan Stiefel.
