(NEWARK, NJ) -- The Newark Museum of Art presents Art After Dark: Silent Disco on Thursday, October 27 from 7:00pm to 11:00pm. This event is for those 21 and older. It takes place in Engelhard Court. Rock your best Halloween costume and come ready to dance the night away!
This silent disco will be unlike any other. Enjoy music from our three DJs as you walk the galleries and take in the art. Participate in the night 's costume contest where you can win a $100 prize. The categories for the contest are: Best historical costume, best costume that celebrates democracy (e.g. freedom of expression, rights of food, etc.), and best overall Halloween costume. In partnership with Project Ready.
Music by DJ Airplane Mode, DJ Ok, and DJ Millie Milz. Food and drinks will be available for purchase.
Tickets are $10 for members and students, $13 for adults. Tickets are available for purchase online.
This event is a partnership between The Newark Museum of Art and Newark Arts Festival. The Newark Museum of Art is located at 49 Washington Street in Newark, New Jersey.
