(ABSECON, NJ) -- Riddlesbrood Touring Theater Company presents an original, musical adaptation of "Alice in Wonderland", Lewis Carroll's heartwarming classic tale of fantastical nonsense during Fantasy AdventureFest (a two-day outdoor festival) May 21-22 in Historic Smithville. The cast of the shows include actors from the Riddlesbrood Touring Theatre Company troupe along with many children of all ages from the community. The Show is FREE to the public.

The historic Towne of Smithville will be bustling with activity during the festival. Its 60 charming specialty shops, the award-winning historic Smithville Inn restaurant and 3 other restaurants within the village will all be open to visit and enjoy before, during intermissions or after the shows.

For added entertainment, The Smithville Train and The Smithville Carousel, two timeless attractions that evoke romance, adventure and playful fun, will also be open and running both days for children and adults to ride and share an unforgettable experience.

Performances take place Saturday, May 21st at 1:00pm & 5:00pm, and Sunday, May 22nd at 1:00pm. The Show is FREE to the public. * Rain dates are Saturday the 28th and Sunday the 29th. For more information, click here.

The production takes place at 615 E Moss Mill Road in Absecon, New Jersey. "The Riddlesbrood players shall be fanatically dedicated to delighting everyone. We will creep silently into your heart, pitch our tent and, once there, practice our grinning arts. Those who spy our movements shall leave with much inspiration and be filled with uncommon energies to face the drudgery of the days beyond. We, the Riddlesbrood, shall perch dangerously where the laugh justifies the means; for, after all, life may be no laughing matter. But it will be our design to try!" – Clyde P Riddlesbrood

Small

'Small' Brings Big Energy to George Street Playhouse

When thinking about occupations kids say they want when they get older, a list comes to mind – doctor, superhero, firefighter, etc. But not many would find their passion at the horse racing track and say they want to become a jockey. In "Small," an autobiographical play written and performed by Robert "Bobby" Montano, the story follows Montano as he races and fulfills his dream on the horse racing tracks of Long Island, New York. It does not stop there, however. The 90-minute play is a story of love, loss and more as Montano grapples with some difficult life decisions.
