"Pretty Woman: The Musical" Is No Longer An Unfathomable Fantasy In Today's Society

by Flisadam Pointer - published 2023-10-09

What's more American than an inspirational rags-to-riches story? For most, the iconic, seemingly offbeat tale platformed in the 1990 film Pretty Woman wouldn't check off any of the wholesome criteria necessary to be considered as such. However, I'd beg to differ. The theater adaptation of Pretty Woman: The Musical is the modernized anecdote centered around the world's oldest profession.

Pretty Woman Is Now a Musical

by Bruce Chadwick - published 2023-10-04

We here in New Jersey, we get, what, 45 million cable television networks and at least once a week they all air the hit Richard Gere/Julia Roberts hit movie Pretty Woman. I have seen it on a cable network at least once a week for the last three years. I love it and I always wished someone could take that song, and that unbeatable love story, and turn it into a musical.
