A smash comedy hit in London and New York, this much-revived classic concerns fussy, cantankerous novelist Charles Condomine, who has remarried but finds himself haunted (literally) by the ghost of his late first wife, Elvira. Two Planet- and Family-Friendly Performances at Rowan College in Honor of Earth Day

Rowan University's College of Performing Arts, home of the Marie Rader Presenting Series, will present two planet- and family-friendly performances April 23, the solar-powered mobile stage show "The Puppet Cycle: Small World Stories," followed by bestselling author and composer Dan Brown's "Wild Symphony," a presentation of nearly two dozen musical portraits drawn from the animal kingdom for young audiences.

New Jersey Porch Fest Season Promises Fun for All

A large map of Princeton sits on the wall of the second floor of the Arts Council of Princeton. On it, there are diagrams, thumbtacks and drawings penciling out an upcoming event that the Arts Council is holding. The event they are planning is called a Porch Fest, and ever since the first one occurred in Ithaca, New York in 2007, the number of these homegrown musical festivals have grown rapidly in communities around the country. Princeton is hosting this event for the second time and is one of about a dozen New Jersey communities to have a similar event scheduled in the next few months.

"I'm not sure how they're framing it," began Sirius XM radio personality Eddie Trunk with a slight laugh; "I mean, I've written a couple of books but I don't necessarily know if it's going to revolve around my books. I've written two books, "Essential Hard Rock And Heavy Metal Volume One" and "Volume Two" so, my most recent one would have been "Volume Two" which probably is about eight to ten years old at this point.

"Still Here: The Nanticoke Lenni-Lenape and Powhatan-Renape Nations of Southern New Jersey" opens October 9 and runs until January 5, 2025.
