Starting in 1883, the Orient Express was a luxury train that carried passengers between Paris and Istanbul. It was the Rolls Royce of trains. The Orient Express carried the rich and the super rich. It also carried Kings, Queens, Princes and Princesses and other assorted royalty.
McCarter Theatre Center Announces Adventurous 2023–2024 Season

This new production is directed by Broadway actor and director Todd Buonopane (Broadway's Spelling Bee, Grease, Chicago and Cinderella) and choreographed by Brooke Engen (Hairspray the film) with music direction by Michael Gilch.
