(NETCONG, NJ) -- The Growing Stage, The Children's Theatre of New Jersey, is presenting their final mainstage production of the 2022-2023 season, Don't Let The Pigeon Drive The Bus! The Musical! weekends through May 21. This production is even more fun than staying up late and having a hot dog party! It's not easy being the Pigeon-you never get to do ANYTHING! But when the Bus Driver has a crisis that threatens to make her passengers (gasp!) late, maybe that wily bird CAN do something. Photographer John Posada was on hand to take photos.

A Special Night: Lotus at the Capitol Theater

Two days before Chuck & Charley Morris (Lotus' percussionist and his son) disappeared on Beaver Lake in Benton County Arkansas I had a nightmare. I was rolling over and over uncontrollably in the dream and it almost felt I was drowning. I woke up in a panic overwhelmed by how real that dream felt. Little did I know that shortly ahead my joy for music, specifically for Lotus would suffer a similar faith as in my nightmare.

Bristol Riverside Theatre 2023 William Penn Summer Music Fest Preview

(BRISTOL, PA) -- Bristol Riverside Theatre (BRT) (120 Radcliffe Street in Bristol, PA) presents a lineup of contemporary favorites and tribute artists taking the stage for the William Penn Bank Summer Music Fest 2023. The multiday kaleidoscope of singers performing decades of iconic standards kicks off June 14-18 with the Rhinestone Cowgirls and continues with Forever Motown (July 12-16) and The Caribbean Chillers (July 26-30). Local Bands Night presents three acts local to the Philadelphia area (August 5), Funkadrill's Mandrills Experience (August 18-19), and The Four C Notes (August 23-27) to close out the summer series on the mainstage. Roots and Boots, featuring Aaron Tippin, Collin Raye, and Sammy Kershaw, lights up the Bristol Township outdoor amphitheater (2501 Bath Road) on Thursday, July 20, followed by The Hitmen on Friday, August 11.

Joining them within the core of Mike Montrey Band are vocalist Jen Augustine and pedal steel guitarist Jack Stanton.

"Still Here: The Nanticoke Lenni-Lenape and Powhatan-Renape Nations of Southern New Jersey" opens October 9 and runs until January 5, 2025.
