featuring Herman's Hermits starring Peter Noone, The Doo Wop Project, Bob Miranda & The Happenings, and Vinnie Medugno
Four great acts, one amazing night of music!
Peter Noone is a multi-talented entertainer. Growing up as a child actor, Noone starred in the long-running British soap Coronation Street. He is best known to American audiences as “Herman” since he was age 15. His classic hits include: “I’m into Something Good,” “Mrs. Brown, You’ve got a Lovely Daughter,” "I'm Henry the 8th, I Am," “Silhouettes,” “Can’t You Hear my Heartbeat,” “There’s a Kind of Hush,” and “Listen People.” Herman’s Hermits have sold over 60 million records and earned seven gold albums.
The Doo Wop Project takes audiences on a journey from foundational tunes of groups like the Crests, Belmonts, and Flamingos through their influences on the sounds of Smokey Robinson, The Temptations, and The Four Seasons all the way to DooWopified versions of modern musicians like Michael Jackson, Jason Mraz, and Maroon 5. Featuring stars of Broadway’s smash hits Jersey Boys and Motown: The Musical, the Doo Wop Project brings unparalleled authenticity of sound and vocal excellence to recreate—and in some cases entirely reimagine—some of the greatest music in American pop and rock history!
Bob Miranda & The Happenings are a powerhouse of nostalgia and contemporary material that truly captures the classic signature sound that has made The Happenings a worldwide favorite for 50 years! The group's hits include "See You in September," "Go Away Little Girl," and "I Got Rhythm."
The concert also features singer Vinnie Medugno, who has been seen on PBS and you can hear him on Music Radio 77 WABC.
