Broadway Night: Seth Rudetsky Live! with J. Harrison Ghee

Saturday, November 09, 2024 @ 8:00pm

Bell Theater
101 Crawfords Corner Road, Holmdel, NJ 07733

Sirius Radio Broadway host Seth Rudetsky welcomes Tony-winning star of Some Like It Hot, J. Harrison Ghee, who first captivated Broadway with their appearance as Lola in the Cyndi Lauper musical Kinky Boots. Upon winning the Tony Award for Leading Actor in a Musical in 2023, Ghee became one of the first two openly nonbinary actors to claim the award, sharing the distinction with cast mate Alex Newell (who won for Featured Actor). From Ghee’s bio in the Some Like It Hot Playbill: “J. Harrison Ghee hopes to inspire, enlighten, and uplift someone in the journey of playing Jerry/Daphne. Hopefully, you will learn to free yourself to see yourself beyond any of your wildest dreams.”
