Latin Grammy®-nominated Flor Bromley is a bilingual singer/songwriter originally from Peru. Bromley's mission is to share the Latin-American experience through her music with a new generation. She is a professionally trained musical theater actress with an Education degree who uses global rhythms, bilingualism, the power of storytelling, and fun puppetry to engage audiences from all backgrounds and ages during her concert experiences. She has released three bilingual family albums. Her work has been praised by The Recording Academy, Red Tricycle, Broadway World, Parents Latina, Rockmommy, and The Toybook, among others. Her songs have been featured and played on the top 13 of Kids Place Live Sirius XM. Her music and educational videos have been featured on PBS WNET Thirteen Let’s Learn.
In 2020, her album Fiesta Global was named an official selection of notable works for children by the American Library Association. She has performed at venues nationwide including Wolftrap (VA), Miami Children’s Museum (FL), Please touch Museum (PA), Strand Theatre (ME), Children’s Museum of Manhattan, Museo del Barrio, and NYC KidsFest, among others. She’s a 2024 John Lennon Songwriting Award finalist, a NAPPA 2021 award-winner, and a USA songwriting competition finalist.
Milk & Cookies is a lively, interactive storytelling and music series for families. This program, which takes place in our Studio, is the perfect way to introduce children ages 3-8 to live theater. Includes a cookie and a carton of milk for every child after the show. The 12pm show is a Sensory-Friendly Performance, specially designed to provide a safe, welcoming environment for kids on the autism spectrum or with sensory sensitivities.
