About Dr. Jeffrey Morton
Jeffrey S. Morton is the Pierrepont Comfort Chair in Political Science at Florida Atlantic University, a specialist in international law and a Fellow at the Foreign Policy Association. Professor Morton received his Ph.D. from the University of South Carolina and is the author of three books and numerous journal articles. Professor Morton is one of FAU’s most decorated faculty members, having received the university’s Researcher of the Year Award, Talon Service Award, and Distinguished Teacher of the Year Award. In 2012, Dr. Morton was awarded the prestigious Foreign Policy Association Medal, an honor bestowed upon leading members of the American foreign policy establishment.
