Jersey City Theater Center and Motherfather Productions present "Crimes of the Heart"

(JERSEY CITY, NJ) -- Jersey City Theater Center and Motherfather Productions present a raw and imaginative exploration of Crimes of the Heart - Beth Henley's Pulitzer Prize-winning play about the family drama of the Magrath sisters. Performances take place across two weekends from March 21-30, 2025.



STOMP returns to MPAC in April

(MORRISTOWN, NJ) -- STOMP, the international percussion sensation, returns to Mayo Performing Arts Center (MPAC) for three performances only, Saturday-Sunday, April 5-6, 2025. From its beginnings as a street performance in the UK, STOMP has grown into an international sensation over the past 29 years, having performed in more than 50 countries and in front of more than 26 million people.

Middlesex College presents "Rough Magic" by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa

(EDISON, NJ) -- Middlesex College Visual, Performing and Media Arts presents Rough Magic by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa across two weekends from March 27 to April 4, 2025. Transplanting characters from The Tempest to present-day New York, Rough Magic is a Shakespearean action-adventure-fantasy in the tradition of Harry Potter and The X-Men.

NJPAC presents An Evening with Kem, aka "Soul's Greatness"

(NEWARK, NJ) -- KEM, known as Soul's Greatness, will perform at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) on Friday, July 18, 2025. KEM's passion for music and the emotions he brings to life on stages worldwide have been a part of him since childhood, when he played the old piano at his grandfather's church. Showtime is 8:00pm.



Carolyn Dorfman Dance To Host REACH 2025 Benefit Fundraiser featuring Dance Friendzy2

(MAPLEWOOD, NJ) -- An evening benefiting the arts education and community impact of Carolyn Dorfman Dance will be held on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at the Maplewood Country Club. The event, billed as REACH "an evening of fundraising and recognition," will feature performances by the CDD dancers and “Spotlight Friendz” plus will honor longtime education partners Tenaya Bascomb, Supervisor of Performing Arts at Passaic County Technical Institute, Kelly Douglas-Jackson, Principal of the Union County Academy for Performing Arts, and Tracy Monteiro, Supervisor of Visual and Performing Arts in the Elizabeth Public Schools.
