UGLY STUDIO presents An Evening with an Artist: featuring YIGSY MAGALY

(LEONIA, NJ) -- On  February 10th and February 14th from 7:00pm-8:30pm, UGLY STUDIO will be hosting "An Evening with an Artist: feat. YIGSY MAGALY." People will be able to paint along on canvases with the featured artist while sipping on wine and indulging in their latest collection of art from their upcoming show: Love can be UGLY.

Everyone will leave by the end of the night with their new paintings ready to hang up. Refreshments will be served and materials will be provided. There will also be a chance to speak with the artist at the conclusion of the event. Admission is 21 or over.

Tickets will be $60 + taxes and fees and there is plenty of available street parking and public parking options within a one-block radius of the gallery. To buy tickets to the event please click here

UGLY STUDIO is located at 269 Fort Lee Rd in Leonia, New Jersey. It is an up-and-coming contemporary art gallery that aims to disrupt and freshen up the art scene in New Jersey.  UGLY is the rebellion of the human condition. To not be the same and to not fit in is ugly. Ugly Studio looks for the mismatched and their mission is to bring some rebellion into your life.

Rainbow Thursdays: Artists 2025 art exhibit On Display in Jersey City

(JERSEY CITY, NJ) -- On Wednesday, January 29th, Hudson County Executive Craig Guy hosted a reception to celebrate the Rainbow Thursdays: Artists 2025 art exhibit which features pieces created during free art classes. Rainbow Thursdays Artists classes are provided by the Hudson County Local Arts Grant Program (LAP) and are administered by the Hudson County Office of Cultural & Heritage Affairs /Tourism Development, CDBG/City of Bayonne, and the Jersey City Arts and Culture Trust. This art exhibit is open to the public until February 7th and is located in the Historic Brennan Courthouse Rotunda.
