(MANASQUAN, NJ) -- Algonquin Arts Theatre is currently presenting Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella. The musical runs now through Sunday, April 10. This enchanting, musical adaptation of the beloved fairytale will put a spell on audiences of all ages. Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella showcases some of the songwriting duo’s loveliest tunes, including “In My Own Little Corner,” “Impossible/It’s Possible,” and “Ten Minutes Ago.” Add a dash of fairytale romance, magical onstage transformations, and the iconic glass slippers—and you’re guaranteed to have a ball!

The cast includes Sophia Lepore (Cinderella), Michael Morch (Prince), Brendan Flanagan (King), Deni Sobotka (Queen), Nicole Grassano (Stepmother), Brianne Bates (Portia), Katie De Cataldo (Joy), Lorretta Boyle (Godmother), Edward Itte (Herald), John Albrecht (Chef, Minister, Townsperson), Stephen Doucette (Steward, Townsperson), Rod Belle (Coachman, Townsperson), James Beecroft (Footman, Trumpeter), Gavin Powers (Footman, Trumpeter), Kelly Beck (Townsperson, Maid, Ball Guest), Jacklyn Itte (Townsperson, Maid, Ball Guest), Kaitlyn Hulme (Townsperson, Maid, Ball Guest), Ciara DiMaiolo (Townsperson, Maid, Ball Guest), Mikayla Nelson (Townsperson, Maid, Ball Guest), Olivia Crowe (Townsperson, Maid, Ball Guest), Sophia Nelson (Townsperson, Ball Guest), Joanna Douglas (Townsperson, Ball Guest), Roxane Southcott-Roberts (Townsperson, Ball Guest).

The production is directed by Derek Hulse with choreography by Sean Openshaw and musical direction by Mark Megill.

Tickets range from $25-$42 and may be purchased at www.algonquinarts.org, by calling 732-528-9211 or by visiting the Algonquin Arts Theatre box office on Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays, 10:00am-3:00pm located at 60 Abe Voorhees Drive, Manasquan, New Jersey.

EVENT PREVIEWS

(NEW YORK, NY) -- Manhattan Theatre Club has announced full casting for the world premiere of Vladimir, written by Erika Sheffer (Russian Transport) and directed by Tony Award winner Daniel Sullivan (MTC: Proof, Lillian Hellman's The Little Foxes).
