(MANASQUAN, NJ) -- Algonquin Arts Theatre is presenting the musical, Kinky Boots now through April 2.  Kinky Boots is the winner of every major Best Musical award, including the Tony, the Grammy and London's Olivier Award. Based on the 2005 film of the same title and true events, this huge-hearted hit tells the story of two people with nothing in common - or so they think! Photographer John Posada was on hand to take photos.

In the musical, Charlie is a factory owner struggling to save his family business. Lola is a fabulous entertainer with a wildly exciting idea. With a little compassion and a lot of understanding, this unexpected pair learns to embrace their differences and creates a line of sturdy stilettos unlike any the world has ever seen! But in the end, their most sensational achievement is their friendship.

The cast includes: Kyle Smith (Lola), Ace Renlo (Charlie Price), Aly Marie Mazzie (Lauren), Gina Teschke (Nicola), Brendan Flanagan (Don), Sean Callahan (George), James Chianese (Angel), Martin Cordero (Simon, Sr./Ensemble), Vinny Elgazzara (Angel), Matthew Evegan (Ensemble), Mads Fernandez (Ensemble), Keegan Haack (Young Charlie), Matthew Johnson (Harry/Ensemble), Bethany Miranda (Trish), Lindsey “LA” Monaco (Pat), Brayden Morgan (Young Lola), Alexandria Nudo (Ensemble), Stephen Rubino (Mr. Price), Connor Sheridan (Richard Bailey/Ensemble), Amber Lynn Tanzi (Marge/Ensemble), RJ Vanderbrouck (Angel), Timothy Wepuhulu (Angel), and John Wisienski (Angel).
