(MANCHESTER, NJ) -- People living with Alzheimer’s and other dementias, their caregivers and families are invited to hear details of an innovative quality-of-life enhancement program. An information session for “Movement Music & Memories” will be offered at the Ocean County Library Manchester Branch on Friday, January 5, 2024 from 2:00pm to 3:00pm.
Beginning January 18, the program will take place at 11:00am on the third Thursday of each month at the OCL Manchester Branch.
“Movement Music & Memories” is a unique program of multi-sensory stimulation centered on movement to music, offering enjoyment, improvement of physical cognitive fitness and new opportunities for success and connection to sense of self.
