(NEWARK, NJ) -- On Friday, July 26, 2024, Montclair Film Festival presents A Conversation with Stephen Colbert and Paul Giamatti at New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) The event begins at 8:00pm.
Join us for an evening with comedy superstar Stephen Colbert where he brings his incisive intellect and whip-smart humor to observations and conversations about current events. From Emmy-winning shows to sold-out tours and NY Times bestsellers, it seems like he’s done it all and done it well.
Joining Colbert is the extraordinary Paul Giamatti, fresh off his recent Golden Globe win and Oscar nomination for The Holdovers. One of the most versatile and skilled actors to grace the screen, Giamatti effortlessly shifts between performing in period pieces such as 12 Years a Slave and John Adams, blockbusters like Spider-Man 2, modern-day robber baron tales in Billions, and thought-provoking dramedies like Sideways and Barney’s Version. He also co-hosts the Webby-nominated podcast Chinwag, which features conversations that dive deep into the wilderness of the mind.
