Wednesday, April 5, 2023 - Jazz973 @ Clements Place Jazz presents Leonieke Scheuble's All Star Hard Bop Quintet

(NEWARK, NJ) -- Get ready for a night of electrifying jazz as Clements Place presents Leonieke Scheuble's All Star Hard Bop Quintet on Wednesday, April 5th for Jazz973 Jazz Appreciation Month 2023. This powerhouse ensemble features icons like Jerry Weldon on Saxophone, Valery Ponomarev on Trumpet, Bill Crow on Bass, and Nick Scheuble on Drums. Admission is free. Showtime is 7:00pm.

Friday, April 7, 2023 - Prudential Center presents The Eagles featuring the "Hotel California" album

(NEWARK, NJ) -- The Eagles - Don Henley, Joe Walsh, and Timothy B. Schmit, with Vince Gill – extend the band’s “Hotel California” Tour with additional 2023 shows. The new dates will include a highly-anticipated stop in Newark, at the Prudential Center on Friday, April 7. The concert will feature ‘Hotel California,’ performed live in its entirety from start to finish, accompanied by an orchestra and choir. After a short intermission the band will perform a full set of their greatest hits. The show will begin at 8:00pm.



Friday, April 7, 2023 - The Sherman Theater presents Sam Grisman Project

(STROUDSBURG, PA) -- Sam Grisman Project brings the music of Grisman and Garcia to the historic Sherman Theater in downtown Stroudsburg on Friday, April 7. Doors are at 7:00pm, showtime is 8:00pm.



Friday, April 7, 2023 - Asbury Lanes presents Titus Andronicus

(ASBURY PARK, NJ) -- Titus Andronicus come to Asbury Lanes on Friday, April 7th; finally on the road behind last year's unforgettable LP The Will To Live. They'll be supported by Nashville rockers Country Westerns, whose upcoming album Forgive The City is out April 28 on Fat Possum Records.

(MORRISTOWN, NJ) -- Renowned New York singer-songwriter and recording artist Christine Lavin will perform at the Troubadour Acoustic Concert Series on Friday, April 7 at 7:30pm at the Morristown Unitarian Fellowship, 21 Normandy Heights Rd., Morristown. Singer-songwriter Bill Hall will open.



Friday, April 7, 2023 - Bucks Live! Presents Rick Estrin & The Nightcats

(NEWTOWN, PA) -- The ZLOCK Performing Arts Center (Zlock PAC) in proud partnership with the Bucks County Blues Society presents on Friday, April 7th a unique evening of blues music with the national, the award-winning harmonica master, songwriter and vocalist Rick Estrin & The Nightcats. Estrin's opening music act is local Mikey Junior and his band for the much-anticipated, annual blues concert starting at 7:30pm.



Saturday, April 8, 2023 - Taylor Dane added to "Freestyle, Freestyle for All" at NJPAC

(NEWARK, NJ) -- New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) presents a spectacular night of Freestyle, Freestyle for All – just added to the all-star line- up is Taylor Dane, she will join Brenda K. Starr, Rob Base, George Lamond, Lisette Melendez, Noel, Freedom Williams, Seduction, Johnny O, Rockell, Joe Zangie, Lil Suzi all are taking to the stage to perform their hits on Saturday, April 8th at 8:00pm.



Saturday, April 8, 2023 - MPAC presents Boney James

(MORRISTOWN, NJ) -- Chart-topping jazz/R&B sax player Boney James brings his Detour tour to Mayo Performing Arts Center (MPAC) on Saturday, April 8, 2023 at 8:00pm. The concert will feature music from his iconic 30-year career, including selections from Detour, his 2022 chart-topping release.



Saturday, April 8, 2023 - State Theatre presents The Rascals featuring Felix Cavaliere and Gene Cornish

(NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ) -- The fully renovated State Theatre New Jersey presents The Rascals featuring Felix Cavaliere and Gene Cornish on Saturday, April 8 at 8:00pm. Tickets range from $39-$99.

(JERSEY CITY, NJ) -- Fiery blues-rocker Debra Devi plans to mellow out for her show at Fox & Crow in the Heights on Saturday, April 8. "We love the intimacy of the Parlour at Fox and Crow," Devi says. "This will be a full-band show, but with more acoustic guitar and Americana vibes. We'll be trying out some new songs, too."

Wednesday, April 12, 2023 - Ha*Ash to Perform at Beacon Theatre. (NEW YORK, NY) -- On the heels of selling out three shows at Mexico City’s iconic Auditorio Nacional and adding a fourth, the queens of SOLD OUT, Ha*Ash, return to the United States with their successful Mi Salida Contigo tour. The tour comes to the Beacon Theatre in New York City on April 12, 20223.



Wednesday, April 12, 2023 - NJPAC presents Andrew Bird. (NEWARK, NJ) -- New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) presents Indie darling Andrew Bird an extraordinary artist that does it all! See Andrew write, play, sing, fiddle, whistle, sample, loop, and rock it out at NJPAC in Newark, N.J. on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at 8:00pm.



Wednesday, April 12, 2023 - State Theatre presents Emily Grove at The Studio. (NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ) -- State Theatre New Jersey introduces The Studio Series! Join them for an intimate performance in their new Studio space. This is a general admission ticket in a cabaret style setting, seating is first come first served. Emily Grove will perform at the Studio on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at 7:30pm.



Friday, April 14, 2023 - Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band to Perform at Prudential Center. (NEWARK, NJ) -- Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band will kick off their 2023 international tour with 31 performances across the United States; spanning from February 1 in Tampa, Florida through an April 14 homecoming at Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey before heading to Europe. The shows will mark Springsteen and The E Street Band's first tour dates since February 2017, and their first in North America since September 2016.



Friday, April 14, 2023 - Remember Jones to present 50th+ Anniversary Revival of Joe Cocker's Mad Dogs & Englishmen. Celebrate the 50th+ Anniversary of Joe Cocker's groundbreaking live album and tour, Mad Dogs & Englishmen. Serving as a dedication to Joe Cocker and Leon Russell, the show will be recreated with a 20-piece band in similar style of the original tour including, for your delight, Cosmic Kiddies, English Roadies, Children with the Answers, Cooking Italians, Presidents of Recording Companies, Acrobatics and Displays, The Odd Sane Dog, The Space Choir, Assorted Sound Freaks, and All Elements of the Truth.



Friday, April 14, 2023 - State Theatre Presents A Classic R&B Spectacular with The Spinners, Sonny Bivins Manhattans, and more. (NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ) -- The fully renovated State Theatre New Jersey presents a Classic R&B Spectacular with The Spinners, Sonny Bivins Manhattans, The Trammps featuring Earl Young, and Parker J on Friday, April 14 at 7:30pm. Tickets range from $39-$89.

Saturday, April 15, 2023 - The Bruce Springsteen Archives and Center for American Music announces the inaugural American Music Honors scheduled for April 15. (WEST LONG BRANCH, NJ) -- The Bruce Springsteen Archives and Center for American Music has announced the honorees of its inaugural American Music Honors event, to be held April 15, 2023 on the campus of its home, Monmouth University in West Long Branch, NJ. The 2023 honorees are E Street Band member, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee, political activist, music educator, and best-selling author Stevie Van Zandt; Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee and legendary soul artist Sam Moore of the ‘60s soul duo, Sam & Dave; longtime pop/soul singer and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee Darlene Love; and country/blues/rock singer-songwriter and social commentator Steve Earle.

(NEW YORK, NY) -- Live Nation has announced a Spring 2023 run of eight dates for Bono's critically acclaimed 'Stories of Surrender' at New York’s iconic Beacon Theatre, starting April 16, 2023 and ending on May 3, 2023.



Sunday, April 16, 2023 - YES Legend Jon Anderson To Tour With The Band Geeks. (NEWARK, NJ) -- Legendary YES vocalist/songwriter Jon Anderson will be touring with The Band Geeks Spring 2023, including a performance at New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) on Sunday, April 16, 2023 and two at the Scottish Rite Auditorium in Collingswood (April 28-29). The ensemble will be performing classic YES tracks including "And You and I," "Starship Trooper," "Heart of the Sunrise" and epic works like "Close To The Edge," "The Gates of Delirium," "Awaken" and others!

Sunday, April 16, 2023 - RVCC to Present Concert Featuring Gary Jones Jazz Trio. (BRANCHBURG, NJ) -- Raritan Valley Community College's Arts & Design department, together with the Paul Robeson Institute for Ethics, Leadership, and Social Justice, will present a Jazz concert by the Gary Jones Jazz Trio, Sunday, April 16 at 2:00pm. The trio features Gary Jones III on percussion, Naisha Walton on bass, and Marc Payne on piano.

(WARETOWN, NJ) -- On Sunday, November 17, 2024, Albert Music Hall will bring back the Songwriters in the Pines Show as part of its 50th Anniversary celebration. This free special event will feature a diverse group of talented local songwriters performing their original music. A highlight of the show will be a performance by The Carlile Family Band, who will be making a special appearance as part of their national tour.

(NEWARK, NJ) -- This Fall, AG Touring and Mammoth, Inc. proudly present the Rod Wave - Last Lap Tour. This large-scale multi-city outing will feature Rod Wave headlining 36 of North America's top arenas coast-to-coast. The tour will kick off on October 19 at Desert Diamond Arena in Phoenix, AZ visiting major markets across the country, including Newark’s Prudential Center on Tuesday, December 3, 2024 with special guests Moneybagg Yo, Toosii, Lil Poppa, Dess Dior and Eelmatic.
