(RAHWAY, NJ) -- Light Opera of New Jersey (LONJ) presents performances of Rossini's comedic masterpiece, The Barber of Seville February 17-18, 2024. This beloved opera tells the story of Count Almaviva and his attempts to win the heart of the beautiful Rosina, with the help of the cunning Figaro, the barber of Seville.
This production will be performed by an internationally acclaimed cast with stunning costumes, intricate set design and of course, beautiful music with a full orchestra. The performance will also feature Maestro Jason Tramm leading the Light Opera of New Jersey Orchestra.
Performances take place Saturday, February 17, 2024 at 7:30pm at the opulent, historic Union County Performing Arts Center (1601 Irving Street) in Rahway and Sunday, February 18, 2024 at 2:30pm at the intimate Sieminski Theater (1000 Fellowship Road) in Basking Ridge.
