Auburn Road Winery Celebrates Après-Ski

originally published: 01/31/2023

(PILESGROVE, NJ) -- Auburn Road Vineyard & Winery reintroduces its “Après-Ski Experience” after its debut in 2020. Inspired by the tradition that began in the ski resorts of the French Alps, Après-Ski is a concept that focuses on the fun festivities that conclude a day of skiing - a crackling fire, warm blankets and locally produced wines, all enjoyed under the stars.

Sip and savor your favorite glass of Auburn Road and enjoy your visit with tableside s’mores, Port Hot Chocolate, movies in the vines, complimentary fire pits, cozy blankets, live music and more. Everything Après-Ski, without the hassle of actually skiing!

"It is our way of saying that just because it is cold outside and just because it gets dark early, that doesn’t mean that we all have to hibernate" said Scott Donnini, Auburn Road Co-Founder. “It is our call - our invitation – to be hip, be beautiful and actually enjoy the Winter!"

Auburn Road Winery endeavors to accommodate as many guests as possible; to ensure table seating, reservations are advisable. To book a reservation, click here.

Auburn Road Vineyard & Winery features a European-style vineyard wine bar: Enoteca; a patio, courtyard and fire pits are tucked amidst the grape vines. Enjoy a cool vibe and down-to-earth attitude with locally produced wine. Savor exquisite wine, original art and a spectacular setting. Grape to glass, vine to table - celebrate wines. Table service, wine flights and live music. Reservations recommended. Open daily.
