The Carlile Family Band
(WARETOWN, NJ) -- On Sunday, November 17, 2024, Albert Music Hall will bring back the Songwriters in the Pines Show as part of its 50th Anniversary celebration. This free special event will feature a diverse group of talented local songwriters performing their original music. A highlight of the show will be a performance by The Carlile Family Band, who will be making a special appearance as part of their national tour.
The afternoon's lineup showcases an exciting array of talent, with performances by Redbird, Widely Grown, Emerson Woolf, The Successful Failures and The Carlile Family Band. Additionally, there will be a meet-and-greet with the performers, offering the audience a chance to connect with the artists.
Doors open at 1:00pm, with music running from 2:00pm to 5:30pm. Admission is free, with a suggested donation of $5. Albert Music Hall is located at 131 Wells Mills Road (Rt. 532) in Waretown, New Jersey.
The food booth will be serving several hot food options and a wide selection of desserts and beverages. The gift shop is filled with a variety of music-related items, Albert Music Hall and Pinelands-themed gifts, as well as 50th Anniversary merchandise. Anniversary Raffle tickets are on sale in the foyer for $10. Parking is free and the Hall is wheelchair accessible. The venue is cash only.
The Carlile Family Band’s performance at Albert Hall is an opportunity for audiences to experience music that is both authentic and deeply rooted in family tradition. They are a dynamic Americana, Folk, and Indie trio from Curlew, Washington with rich storytelling and powerful harmonies, the trio promises an afternoon of music that will leave a lasting impression on listeners of all ages.
Led by 17-year-old Caroline Carlile, a gifted musician on guitar, banjo, and vocals, the band also features her 14-year-old brother JayJ Carlile, a talented multi-instrumentalist, and their father Jay Carlile, whose soulful harmonies and blues harp bring warmth and depth to their music. Together, they deliver a live show that is intimate, passionate, and truly unforgettable.

*Albert Music Hall is run by the Pinelands Cultural & Historical Preservation Society (PCS), an all-volunteer, non-profit-501(c)(3) organization dedicated to the preservation of the Pinelands Cultural Heritage. Since 1974, visitors and musicians have gathered at the hall for live Bluegrass, Country, Folk, Americana, Old Timey & Pinelands Music and to jam in the Pickin' Shed every Saturday night.
