Rock On Radio w/ Darren Panelli and Deedee Pie Tonight!

By Danny Coleman

originally published: 03/08/2015

Darren “De Jay” Panelli is a songwriter/guitarist from the Jersey shore area whose lyrics have been called, “Smart, inventive and articulate.”  Siting influences from Jerry Garcia to Pat Metheny and various punk rock artists; Panelli has crafted material which is fresh and full of surprises.

This Sunday March 8 at 10 p.m. EST, Panelli makes his first ever appearance on Danny Coleman’s “Rock On Radio” program live on the internet on www.40footholestudio.com and multiple other outlets.

Joining Darren will be half of the dynamic female duo Strumberry Pie, Deedee Montanaro; also known as “Deedee Pie.” Deedee and her performing partner Laura Catalina Johnson have been enchanting audiences in the northern shore communities for several years now so Deedee’s presence will only serve to enhance Panelli’s unique offerings.

Joining the show this evening in a co-host role will be the incomparable Cal Schwartz of NJ Discover Television.  A fixture along the coastline’s activities, Cal is a relative newcomer to the music and radio scene. Always insightful and well versed, Cal will bring a different element to the show.

Tune to www.40footholestudio or www.thepenguinrocks.com  to listen in live or catch it on live video feed at: http://new.livestream.com/40footholestudioRa…/events/3870804 . To discover more about De Jay Panelli; please go to www.DarrenPanelli.com
