9th Annual Visionary Tattoo Arts Festival To Take Place This Weekend

(ASBURY PARK, NJ) -- The 9th Annual Visionary Tattoo Arts Festival takes place from Friday, July 27th to Sunday, July 29th in Asbury Park's Convention Hall. It's three days of nonstop live tattooing, tattoo contests, live music, burlesque, sideshow, live human suspension, wrestling, the 1st annual Mr. Asbury Park Speedo Contest, the 6th annual Miss Asbury Park Pinup Contest after parties and & much more all brought to you by Dr. Carl Blasphemy. 

The festival takes place Friday from 2:00pm to midnight; Saturday from noon to midnight; and Sunday from noon to 8:00pm.

The festival includes Sideshow by Dr. Klaw & Smurfasaur SG; Burlesque by Dolly Dagger, Vivi Noir & Cameron Catastrophe; Live Human Suspension by Steve Truitt of Steve Truitt Ascension Body Mod; and Wrestling by Dungeon Pro Wrestling (Sunday only).

Convention Hall is located at 1300 Ocean Avenue in Asbury Park, New Jersey.

EVENT PREVIEWS

(MAPLEWOOD, NJ) -- The Maplewood Strollers are holding auditions for The Colored Museum by George C. Wolfe on Monday, January 13 and Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at the Burgdorff Center. Auditions will take place from 7:00pm to 10:00pm both nights. Callbacks will take place on Wednesday, January 15th at 7:00pm. The production will be Directed by Victoria Lauture Duncker with Musical Direction by Ebony Wiggins.
