(NEWTON, NJ) -- On Sunday, October 3, 2021, the Newton Theatre audience will join over 100,000 film lovers in over 500 cities across six continents gather in Cinemas, Museums, Libraries, and Universities for one purpose -- to view and vote on the Finalists Films in the 2021 Manhattan Short Film Festival. The screenings begin at 3:00pm.

Film lovers will unite in over 500 venues worldwide to view and judge the work of the next generation of filmmakers from around the world when the 23rd Annual Manhattan Short Film Festival takes place during September 23 to October 3, 2021.

Manhattan Short is the only film festival of its kind. The Final selections screen simultaneously across the world during a one-week period, where attendees vote for Best Film and Best Actor awards at each participating venue. Every short film selected will automatically become qualified for the Oscars of 2022. Help us decide next year's Oscar nominees!
