(NEWARK, NJ) -- The Newark PorchFest returns on Saturday, September 25 and runs from noon to 6:00pm (rain or shine) in Newark’s Historic Forest Hill district. They are raising money for GlassRoots of Newark this year and seeking artists, performers, and musicians who wish to be part of the event.
The Newark PorchFest takes place on the porches and patios of the beautiful tree-lined streets of Forest Hill. There will be artists and craftspeople displaying their work on covered porches next to bands and dancers performing for strolling crowds. It's a great way to get your sound heard, sell merchandise, network with fellow artists, and expand your base while supporting a good cause.
