Christian Sparacio Releases "About Time"

originally published: 11/17/2020

"I'm thinking about time / How I can't make it rewind / So I'll sit right here with you / And Breathe a little bit more quietly / Not wonder about where we're going / But where we are right now"

Those are the words to the chorus of "About Time," the latest single by Marlboro, New Jersey native Christian Sparacio.  A music video for the song was released on November 16.  The video features Christian Sparacio and Clotilda Demauro.  It was directed by Peter Dolshun with cinematography by Chantel Erin.

Christian says that "I think not only does 'About Time' address classic relationship dynamics but it also provokes a surreality - times iron grip on our place in the world and our only option being to flow with it."

The middle of two brothers, Christian grew up playing football, and sources much of his inspiration from his 16 years playing. Christian always had a love for music, singing almost exclusively in the shower until his Junior year in high school when his enrollment in the Chorus brought his musical talents to formal fruition. Now, Christian works tirelessly to refine his singing, songwriting, and producing craft, and has dreams of becoming a full time musician. With an eclectic musical taste, it is difficult to pin down a single inspiration for Christian's music, but notable comparisons include Alt-j, Hozier, Mt. Joy, and John Mayer.
