Art of Sound presents Lindsey Webster

(LAMBERTVILLE, NJ) -- The Art of Sound presents Lindsey Webster on Wednesday, November 14th at 7:00pm as part of their much-applauded "Unplugged" series.  Webster, a truly sultry and soulful, young singer/composer, who has scored two Billboard #1’s on the Contemporary Jazz Chart, is the first vocalist in the Contemporary Jazz format to garner a #1 since the iconic SADE! 

The one-night only performance by Webster is being exclusively offered to only 50 people, tickets are now on sale now at EventBrite.com. Tickets are $35.00 each.  Artist wine reception with light-fare is included.

This a special salon series has been specifically designed and produced by Art of Sound owner Patricia Giro and Mandee K. Hammerstein, to celebrate the live-entertainment experience but with an intimate focus that strives to provide artist and patron alike, an up-close and personal, artistic experience.  

“Lindsey Webster is a very exciting addition to this series, the Art of Sound is gaining fast traction now as becoming one of Lambertville’s leading, underground, cultural supporters – audiences are loving their programming and it’s energizing seeing the same enthusiastic faces who keep coming back for more” – stated Hammerstein.  

Past, various programming includes the ever-popular and sold-out Lost Recording Vinyl Listening parties, Unplugged Jazz nights with the ever-popular Eric Mintel Quartet, International recording artist Frank Bell and vocalist Joanna Pascale, Hammerstein Museum fundraising screenings, poetry readings by Hayden Saunier and WireCutter’s Grant Clauser as well as other exclusive, visual artist gallery shows.  All Unplugged events include refreshments and light fare.  More Unplugged programming details regarding the remainder of the series through December TBA.

2025 Cape May Music Festival Preview

(CAPE MAY, NJ) -- Now celebrating its 36th year, the annual Cape May Music Festival presented by Cape May MAC (Museums+Arts+Culture), with major support from the New Jersey State Council on the Arts, returns to this seaside resort with an engaging variety of musical concerts that launch on Memorial Day weekend. There are 14 classical, chamber, jazz, funk and brass band musical performances, some free to attend, from May 25-June 28, 2025.

One of them, Chuck Redd, will be bringing his vibes to the Madison (NJ) Community Arts Center, on Sunday, April 6, 2025, in a return engagement with pianist John DiMartino. Redd and DiMartino last performed at the November 2023 Jersey Jazz LIVE!
