Asbury Park indie rock trio latewaves has signed with Panic State Records, which will release the band's debut EP Partied Out (produced by John Ferrara of Trophy Scars). The EP is available online.

Consisting of Mikey Pellegrino (vocals, guitar) Howie Cohen (bass, vocals) and Shawna Grabowski (drums), latewaves formed in the fall of 2016.  Drawing off influences from the quirky minor and 7th chords of 90s alt rock, and calling the angst and aggression of the early 2000’s post hardcore/dawning of the emo scene; latewaves find their sound in the echoes of the past but bring a modern twist.
