Grace Potter and the Nocturnals "This is Somewhere"
Released in 2007
Grace Potter and the Nocturnals was a band from Vermont. This album was my introduction to them and it's a tremendous record. I'm not sure what songs were being played on the radio, but on my online radio station we played them all. My favorites are the first five tunes ("Ah Mary", "Stop the Bus", "Apologies", "Ain't No Time", and "Mr. Columbus" - a series of songs that are about as good as you'll find. After a few albums, Grace would become a solo artist.
