Indigenous

Wednesday, July 16, 2025 @ 7:30pm

Lizzie Rose Music Room
217 E. Main Street, Tuckerton, NJ 08087

The band Indigenous will be making their Debut at the Lizzie Rose Music Room on July 16th. You might probably remember them from their debut album Things We Do that was released in 1999. The track "Now That You're Gone " reached #22 on Billboards Rock/ Blues chart and they have appeared on Conan O'Brians late night show, Austin City Limits, CBS Saturday Morning Show and they toured with B. B. King on his Blues History Tour. The band has also toured with Santana, Bonnie Raitt, Dave Matthews and Jackson Browne.

This is an all Native American band composed of family members. The band has a serious Stevie Ray Vaughn and Jimi Hendrix vibe throughout their original compositions. Mato says that his guitar style is influenced by these two guitar greats, but it is not meant to copy them. The band has continued to tour the west coast, Midwest and are now expanding out to the east coast. This will prove to be a great night of rock blues and a delight for all the guitar players in South Jersey.
